As president of Flying Pages, Inc. Gloria has helped over 14 major publishing houses, including Scott Foresman, Scholastic and McGraw-Hill, with PreK-12 writing, editing, consulting and production services for basal, supplemental, assessment and media products.
Gloria began her career after receiving her MA in education. Her earliest experience was in the classroom teaching students in nursery school through the second grade. She later went on to become the day care director at Nevins Daycare Center and a reading specialist for the New York City Board of Education before entering the field of publishing.
During her career in publishing Gloria honed her craft as an editor and manager at Macmillan Publishers and Holt Rinehart & Winston.
Later she founded her first development company specializing in PreK-3 materials. She built a reputation for delivering high quality products and maintaining an outstanding level of personal service.
Today Gloria and Flying Pages help publishers for the broader PreK-12 market.
